“Lean Into Lent” is a women’s small group fitness and nutrition program that helps to strengthen, tone, and energize mind, body, and soul. You’re invited to join this community of Catholic women who desire to cultivate Silence and Order to be more profoundly present in this season. Since 2016 this annual program has helped hundreds of women experience accountability during Lent and move toward their goals. Join us as we Lean into Lent!
Each week we meet on live for 90 minutes:
Part 1: 30-minute workout for all fitness levels, including Cardio, Strength and Stretching
Part 2: 60 minute workshop where we explore, define and discuss nutrition and wellness strategies which will transform habits into real lifestyle change.

Cultivating My Cycle Health
A Whole-Woman Deep-Dive Course
This Deep Dive serves to educate women like you who desire to learn more about their ovulatory health. This course will assist you in navigating nutrition, supplementation, exercise and sleep during the different phases of your cycle as well as during different seasons in your reproductive continuum.
Throughout this deep dive we want to help you understand when Medical Management is appropriate and what you can be doing to support your cycle when Medical Management may not be necessary (yet).
This course for women is designed to explore YOUR deeper cycle health and equip you with tools to improve the quality of your cycle - which can ultimately improve your overall health.
Join Betsy Hoyt, FEMM* Educator and Women’s Wellness professional along with Megan Blum, PA-C, FEMM Medical Management Practitioner for a 4-week deep dive into your Ovulatory Health!
All women currently cycling (married, single, perinatal, etc.) and women moving through pre-menopause and menopause are most definitely welcome too!
*FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) focuses on the ovulatory cycle as a sign of health - and a healthy cycle means a healthy body - a body which is less likely to experience disease and metabolic disorder later in life.
Prerequisites: NONE - Bonus if you have completed the FEMM Course (all three modules: FEMM & Your Health, FEMM Family Planning, FEMM Chart Expert)

You want what’s best for your daughter - And I do too! Your teen’s cycle is an indicator of her overall health. SO whether it’s pain, PMS, acne, or mood swings - FEMM treats the underlying hormonal imbalance so that your teen can get back to herself. In a TeenFEMM class, you both learn how to identify what is normal and healthy in a cycle, so that you can make informed choices together. During your 90 minute strategy session we will work together to examine where you have been, where you are now and where you would like to be in your wellness journey.

1:1 Integrated Coaching
My integrated coaching philosophy and method is not your normal “life” or “wellness” coaching. Integrated wellness includes prayer, exercise, and appropriate nutrition. When we as women intentionally strive toward integrated wellness, we grow in virtue, strength, and dignity. We are women living out our vocations in mind, body, and soul. Truly turning our wellness into a living testimony of His Glory.
Women who enter into the 9-month 1:1 integrated coaching relationship are treated as an individual. Betsy doesn’t use a “one size fits all” approach. She will listen to your specific needs, goals and accommodate your plan to your lifestyle.
