• Session 1: Understand Your Body and Chart Your Health
• Session 2: Understanding Your Cycle
• Session 3: FEMM Family Planning

*Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: After you schedule your sessions please add the dates/times to your calendar. When a session is rescheduled less than 7 days in advance there will be a $50 rescheduling fee incurred.
