TeenFEMM helps teen girls understand the unique design of their bodies and the changes that occur throughout puberty and the menstrual cycle. Through age-appropriate education, they will learn to recognize the signs of their cycle, understand the connection between hormones and overall health, and gain the knowledge and confidence to care for their health with greater awareness.

This 1:1 course is scheduled to fit your family's schedule and can include up to 4 siblings (in the same age range of middle school) - on the same log in (one camera/computer for all participants).
